We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international destinations. 2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. After your payment is successfully processed, we typically take 1-2 business days to prepare and ship your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information. Please keep in mind that during high-demand periods, such as holidays or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly extended. We strive to keep you informed every step of the way.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Hexnova PC partners with leading shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure that your wristwatch reaches you in the fastest and safest manner possible. Depending on the shipping method selected during checkout, you can expect the following delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): For most orders, this is the most affordable option, and delivery is typically within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): If you need your wristwatch sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may not be processed until the following business day.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your location and the customs procedures in your country. For international shipments, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase during the checkout process.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States over $50.
- Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Fees for expedited and overnight shipping are calculated based on your location and the carrier selected.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination.

Please make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Hexnova PC is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information. 8. International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs office in your country and may vary based on the value of your order. Hexnova PC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
